Position Summary:
CRM Lead - Centre of Excellence and why this role matters: Enterprises are racing to connect front-office and back-office workflows — and ServiceNow CRM is powering that transformation. At The Cloud People, we already deliver world-class CSM and Field Service solutions. Now we need a commercial and strategic leader who can refine our offerings, tell compelling stories to the market, and drive adoption across six European countries.
You’ll own the go-to-market strategy, collaborate with top consultants and partners, and influence how customers experience our brand and our technology.
Key Responsibilities
The CRM Lead Centre of Excellence (CoE) will shape the future of Customer Experience on ServiceNow.
We’re looking for a visionary leader to scale and elevate our CRM and Field Service portfolio across Europe. As Centre of Excellence (CoE) Lead – CRM, you’ll set the commercial direction for one of our most strategic growth areas and help position The Cloud People as the go-to ServiceNow partner for Customer Experience and CSM.

Experience & Qualifications
Own and evolve the CRM go-to-market plan across Europe.
Define ideal customer profiles, value stories, and sales enablement assets.
Empower and coach sales teams to build pipeline and win key deals.
Lead the CRM Centre of Excellence — setting priorities and nurturing capability growth.
Collaborate with Delivery Excellence to build repeatable, profitable offerings.
Represent The Cloud People at ServiceNow and industry events, webinars, and executive workshops.
Build visibility through thought leadership, use cases, and success stories that inspire clients and teams alike.
Proven experience selling, delivering, or leading ServiceNow CSM, Field Service, or enterprise CRM solutions.
Strong commercial acumen and understanding of competitive market dynamics.
Ability to translate technical features into compelling value narratives.
Confident presenter, facilitator, and relationship builder at all business levels.
Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on leadership style.
Experience leading teams, communities of practice, or solution domains.
Fluent in English — proficiency in a Nordic or Germanic language is a plus.
